Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products and satisfactory shopping experiences for all customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to resolve your issues.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds for items within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the original undamaged packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, labels, and original packaging materials are intact and included in the return package.
  • The item is not classified as a non-returnable product (specified in Section 5).
  • A valid order number or purchase proof is provided for return verification.

Returns beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted for any reason, except for defective products caused by manufacturing quality problems.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund, free replacement, or partial refund according to your preference, with no additional fees charged.

To process your claim quickly, please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label when contacting us.

3. Return Process

Please follow the step-by-step process below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to our support mailbox or message us via the website contact form, including your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your return request within 1-2 business days and send you a formal return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Package: Pack the item securely with all original items, mark the RA number clearly on the outer package, and ship it back to the designated return address.
  4. Submit Tracking Information: Reply to our approval email with your return shipping tracking number for us to monitor delivery status.
  5. Wait for Refund Processing: We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days after receiving your package, and process your refund or replacement immediately after verification.

Note: Return packages without a valid RA number will be rejected and cannot be processed for refund.

4. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Our Responsibility (Free Return): If the return is caused by our errors, including defective products, wrong items shipped, or missing accessories, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
  • Customer Responsibility (Paid Return): If you return the item due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, unnecessary purchase), you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping fee paid for the order is non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund due to product attributes and hygiene policies:

  • Personal hygiene products, including but not limited to beauty tools, oral care products, and intimate apparel.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance items, final sale products, and promotional bundle products marked as non-returnable.
  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged by customers, or missing original packaging/accessories.

6. Refund Timeline & Method

All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment account. The specific arrival time depends on your payment method and bank processing rules:

  • PayPal/Online Wallet: Funds will arrive within 1-3 business days after refund approval.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Funds will arrive within 3-7 business days after refund approval.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by bank or payment platform system processing.

7. Exchange Policy

We support product exchanges for size, color or style within 30 days of purchase. For exchange requests, please contact our customer support to confirm product availability. You only need to bear the return shipping fee of the original item; we will provide free shipping for the new replacement item (except for special promotional rules).

8. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your unpaid order at any time. For paid orders that have not been shipped, we support full order cancellation and full refund. If the order has been shipped, please follow our return process to apply for a refund after receiving the package.
